Buying A Home

Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a home buying pro the home buying process can be a little stressful.  My goal is to provide you with the tools to make the home buying experience as stress-free as possible.  If you are considering purchasing a home, contact me and to discuss your questions and concerns over the phone or in person.  When possible, I do recommend scheduling a meeting prior to starting your home search so that we can discuss your home buying goals.  In addition, I will provide you with a buyer packet which provides useful information on financing, agreement of sale, home inspections, appraisals, etc.

I have been selling real estate for over 20 years and I am amazed at how things have changed over the years.  When I first started, we used to carry around the "Big Book" of all of the houses for sale and buyers had to call us to find out additional information on your home.  Over the years, the Internet is now providing more and more information to potential buyers and sellers.  Although, this information can be very helpful at the same time you shouldn't believe everything that you read on the Internet.  For example, some websites might provide you with an estimate of what a home is worth.
